Details : NCD Coordinator Position Available Are you looking to excel in a client driven environment? Do you have experience in supervising, leading or coordinating staff and has the ability to multitask? Staff Management, a leading provider of staffing solutions, seeks an experienced NCD Coordinator to work at our busy Call Center at our Corporate Office in Chicago, IL. For this position, we prefer you have a Call Center/Customer Service background and strong computer and client relations skills. This position is full time/permanent with Staff Management, and as an Account Coordinator, your time will be spent interacting with the employees in the call center, coordinating job assignments and schedules, leading employees productivity, and keep track of time and attendance. Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator: * Provides support, training, job assignment and more. * You will provide ongoing training for actual and new team members * Communicate with the field offices regarding job assignments and completion dates * Prioritize jobs according to office needs * Coordinate job submission and job completion * Assign job requests by using our tracking database * Maintain and report employees worked hours to our Payroll Dept for processing * Coordinate Error Reports and research to identify the root cause and take action in order to improve process * The qualified candidate will understand and practice good communication between other NCD Coordinators and the Crew Desk Representative team You must also present great attention to detail and be goal orientated. The qualified candidate must present outstanding Customer Service, computer and leadership skills We are currently offering $12/hr. Requirements for Position: * High School/GED * Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience preferred * Experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment preferred * Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word) * Strong Customer Service, Client Relations and sense of urgency * Ability to work during weekends when needed Does this sound like the opportunity for you?
