National Crew Desk Representative Position Available
Are you looking to excel in a client driven environment? Do you have experience in supervising, leading or coordinating staff and has the ability to multitask? Staff Management, a leading provider of staffing solutions, seeks an experienced National Crew Desk Representative to work for our busy Call Center at our Corporate Office in Chicago, IL. For this position, we prefer you have a Call Center/Customer Service background and strong computer and client relations skills.
As a National Crew Desk Representative, your time will be spent interacting with the clients and employees in the call center, coordinating job assignments and schedules, auditing our proprietary database and more.
Additional Responsibilities of the NCD Representative
* Provides support and job assignment/completion to our field offices.
* Prioritize jobs according to office needs,
* Coordinate job submission and job completion,
* Assign job requests by using our tracking database
* Collect and process employees application, background check and drug tests
* Coordinate Error Reports and research to identify the root cause and take action in order to improve process
* Daily report analysis to ensure accuracy of data entry
* Process and receive daily outbound and inbound calls to employees at our field offices
You must also present great attention to detail and be goal orientated. The qualified candidate must present outstanding Customer Service, computer and leadership skills
We are currently offering $10.00 per hour
Requirements
* High School/GED
* Experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment preferred
* Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word)
* Strong Customer Service, Client Relations and sense of urgency
* Ability to work during weekends when needed
* Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
