Patrick Beharelle is the Chief Executive Officer for SeatonCorp, a best-in-class staffing and recruiting company that operates under the PeopleScout, Staff Management, and StudentScout brands. SeatonCorp has over 25,000 employees and was recently recognized by Inc. Magazine as the #1 Job Creator in America, among privately held companies. Patrick has helped oversee revenue growth of nearly 70% since becoming CEO in 2009. He has been a featured speaker at several key talent acquisition industry events, a regular contributor to industry publications and is a recognized thought leader in the talent acquisition space. Prior to joining SeatonCorp, Patrick held senior level positions at Spherion and Accenture, and was President and Co-Founder of a successful, venture-backed financial services provider.

Patrick received his MBA degree from The Wharton School.

Doug joined SeatonCorp as the Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and leads the company's accounting/finance, tax, payroll, treasury, human resources and risk management functions.

Doug is a highly experienced financial executive with over twenty years of diverse industry experience and demonstrated results in change management, possessing keen business savvy from his background in turnaround environments.

Doug was previously the V.P. of Finance at UGN, Inc., a tier 1 supplier to the Japanese transplant automotive industry. He also held managerial positions at Bradley Printing, Rand McNally and A.T. Kearney. Doug holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Towson University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Alison Kassel is the Chief Information Officer for SeatonCorp with over 26 years of experience. She is a versatile business technology leader, with experience in developing strategies, transforming organizations, and delivering solutions enabling organizations to achieve their strategic and operating plan objectives.

Prior to joining SeatonCorp, Alison has held significant IT roles for highly respected organizations such as U.S. Cellular, Motorola, McDonalds, Cap Gemini, and Andersen Consulting.

Alison has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and has completed Executive Education programs at The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and is a Certified Change Agent.

Joan Davison is President/COO of Staff Management | SMX and leads operations, service, new business development, sales and marketing. Joan has been responsible for the organization's international expansion across the Americas, Europe and the Asia-Pacific Region. Through Joan's leadership, Staff Management achieved charter membership in the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement IMAGE Program in 2007, was ranked the # 1 MSP Provider in HRO Today magazine's and won a 2010 Stevie for Women in Business. Joan has been a featured speaker at several key Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) events, is a regular contributor to industry publications and is a member of the steering committee for the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Advisory Group. Joan is a graduate of Saint Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management.

Rick Betori is President/COO of StudentScout and is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the company’s business development and delivery operations. Rick brings over 20 years of sales, marketing, and operation leadership experience in multiple industries. Prior to joining StudentScout, Rick was President of Wonderlic, Inc. where he was responsible for the company’s employment and post-secondary education businesses, posting profitable growth throughout his tenure. Prior to joining Wonderlic, Rick was Principal of INSinc Management Consulting - a Chicago-area consulting firm specializing in strategic consultation and sales process design. Rick is a graduate of Bradley University.

Mac Srinivasan

Mahesh Srinivasan joined SeatonCorp as the Managing Director of Seaton India in 2002 overseeing all its operations. He relocated to India in 2003 from Chicago, to setup and operate the day to day operations of Seaton. He ensures that Seaton India adheres to the various local Government regulations and export procedures every month. Prior to Seaton he worked for Idea Integration, an MPS group company for 8 years managing their IT staffing business in Chicago. Mac is the vice Chairman of the Indo American Chamber of commerce and is actively involved in promoting bilateral trade between US and India, and is familiar with Asia Pacific business markets.
